  • Delays: If there’s an unexpected delay (for example, high order volumes or courier disruption), we’ll contact you by email as soon as possible.

Tracking your order

If your order is shipped with tracking, we’ll email you the tracking details once it leaves our premises. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.

Missing, delayed, or damaged items

If your order is missing, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Your delivery address

  • photos of any damage (including the outer packaging and shipping label/tracking number), if applicable
