📦 Return and Refund Policy

At SendItBy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right.

🔁 Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom orders, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

💳 Refunds

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

• Approval: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Deductions: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Cost: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item received).

• Packaging: Please ensure items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
