Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders made before 3 pm on the same day. We will not be held liable for late deliveries, misplaced or lost deliveries due to our third-party couriers. Therefore, the following timescales are an estimation and are not guaranteed.

1.1 STANDARD DELIVERY – UK

Next Working Day Shipping is £2.99.

Order before 3 pm and we will dispatch with next working day service. 

Shipping is free for orders over £50.

1.2 EXPEDITED/EXPRESS DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders with expedited service (see above).

1.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Charges may vary for international shipping, and additional charges may apply based on the country’s Customs Regulations. We will not be liable for paying additional customs fees on international orders. Please contact us regarding delivery fees.

Please note there is no timescale for international orders due to delays caused by Customs and Border Control.

3. RETURNS POLICY

3.1 RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND COST OF RETURN

If the products have been delivered, you must return the products to us in accordance with the following arrangements. Return of the products includes all packaging, contents, documents, and other items supplied with or as part of the products, including any free gifts.

3.1.1 RETURN DEADLINE

You must return the products to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to cancel if you are unhappy with the products you have received or wish to replace an incorrect item. Please contact us before returning the items.

3.1.2 RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY YOU

Subject to clause 3.1.3, you must send the products back to us at:

3.1.3 COLLECTION BY US

We may at any time request to collect the products from you, and in such case you must make the products available for collection when requested by us, in accordance with such reasonable arrangements as we may specify. If we send you a pre-paid package to return the products, you must use it.

3.1.4 COST OF RETURNING PRODUCTS

You must bear the direct cost of returning the products to us if you are cancelling or unhappy with the product, including any collection costs. If we incur any such costs, you shall reimburse us accordingly. If you do not hand over the products as arranged, we may charge for failed collection attempts. We may deduct such costs from any refund due to you.

We will bear the costs if the return is due to our fault; this means if we sent you an incorrect item, a faulty item, or an item that does not match the description (unless we informed you of differences).

3.1.5 RISK, PRODUCT INSURANCE AND PROOF OF RETURN

The products are at your risk until returned to us. We recommend insuring the products and providing proof of postage.

3.1.6 CONDITION OF PRODUCTS RETURNED

If you handle the products beyond what is necessary to assess them, you may be liable for the diminished value of the products, up to the original price. This includes damage or missing items on return. You agree to pay this amount on demand or have it deducted from your refund. If products were purchased as a set, all items must be returned together.

 


 

4. LEGAL STATUS

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

You have 7 working days to cancel your order. We will refund the cost of the order but not postage if the order has already been dispatched.

If the order has been dispatched, you must return it unopened, unworn, and in original condition and packaging at your own cost. If the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will bear the postage costs. All returns must arrive within 14 days of receipt.

 


 

5. BACKORDERS

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. We will notify you by email of the expected delivery date. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you accept delivery on the specified date. If you do not wish to accept, please notify us to cancel the backorder and arrange a refund.
